My name is Coach Jesse, and I’ve been passionate about the beautiful game for over 30 years. I currently hold a USSF National D License and am actively pursuing my National C License to continue growing as a coach and mentor. I have a deep love for developing youth players and take pride in helping them reach their goals by sharpening their technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical performance on the field. My wife and I are also proud soccer parents to twin girls and a son who all compete for Brave SC, where our family’s love for the game continues to grow every day.

I currently coach the U12 Girls Elite and U9 Boys Elite programs at Brave SC, where I focus on developing well-rounded players through a strong foundation in technical skills, tactical awareness, and competitive mindset. I strive to create a positive, high-energy environment that challenges players to grow while building confidence and a genuine love for the game.

In addition to my club coaching responsibilities, I serve as the Head Coach for the JV Boys Soccer team and Assistant Coach for the Varsity team at The Villages High School. My approach across all levels emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and continuous development—both on and off the field. I’m committed to helping every player reach their potential while contributing to a strong, united team culture.

My coaching philosophy centers around a possession-based style of play, with an emphasis on creating and finding space through smart movement and technical precision. I focus heavily on first touch and accurate passing, using game-like scenarios to prepare players for real match conditions. I also teach players to recognize opportunities to attack space when on the ball, while off the ball, emphasizing the importance of providing consistent support to teammates to maintain flow and build effective team play.
